Playing your part in Jesuit history

Our article for the feast of St Ignatius Loyola this year celebrates the importance of Jesuits telling their own stories: 'by painting a picture of the reality of our past, Jesuit history serves as a source of consolation and formation for our future.'

The authors that contribute to Thinking Faith draw on that wealth of history, using it to engage in that same important activity of painting a picture of reality, a reality with God always at its centre.

By reading and engaging with the reflections and ideas in the journal, you are playing your own part in Jesuit history, and for that we thank you. On the feast of St Ignatius, please donate to Thinking Faith so that we can continue to participate in the life of the Society of Jesus that he founded, and create new stories to be told. Thank you, and happy feast!
